DELTA AIR LINES, LOS ANGELES WORLD AIRPORTS INVEST $229 MILLION TO OVERHAUL TERMINAL 5 AT LOS ANGELES INTERNATONAL AIRPORT
 Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) has partnered with the City of Los Angeles and Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) to significantly overhaul Terminal 5 at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).  The $229-million construction project has already begun and is scheduled to take place in several phases with full completion in 2015.

Los Angeles County Public Health officials notified airport officials at 2:30 a.m. that results of water-quality tests at Terminal 6 "are below levels of public health concern." All temporary equipment will be removed and operations in the terminal are expected to return to normal within 30 minutes.
