Day of Departure Plan

LAX is one of the world’s busiest. We encourage guests to get to the airport early to avoid stress and get to flights on time. For domestic flights, guests should allow 2-hours prior to take off and 3-hours for international departures. These times may need to be adjusted depending on your trip and if you are returning a rental car, parking or being dropped off. Departures are on the second level of the terminals.
